Have you Tried Hosting Events for your Top Customers?
Digital and "real-life" tactics should be an essential part of your "customer retention strategy".
... But first, what is a "customer retention strategy"?
A customer retention strategy is a cost-effective way to sell more products/services and boost customer lifetime value (customer loyalty).
As we touched on yesterday, it's up to ten times more expensive to try to attract new customers, than it is to keep the ones already doing business with you.

On your journey to boost customer loyalty, there are a number of avenues you can take, but have you tried hosting an in-person (now via video call application) event for your top customers?
It's a great way to build and nurture the relationship your customers have with your brand.
... and even though you may not be generating revenue at these events, you’re more likely to be top-of-mind when those customers do need to purchase a product/service you sell.
For example, you could host a "Zoom" (video call application) event for your top customers where they'll be the first to see or hear about a new product you plan to launch.
This type of event can be used to gauge interest and help you feel more confident in the "risk" you plan to take in your business.

Hosting an event for your customers doesn't have to be expensive. When planned for accordingly, it can be a great way to learn how your customers like to connect with you and hear from your brand.
